Hello, Students, Guardians, and Parents!

Here is some brief information about Pre AP English 1 and myself.

English 1 exclusively uses Google Classroom as its main platform.

Vital materials for English 1 are: dry-erase markers, small white board, a 2 pocket folder, various pencils and highlighters, a chromebook, and a positive attitude.

Parents can be added to their child's Google Classroom by sending me their preferred email via a Jupiter message (our school's grade book and messaging system) or through mpuga@stocktonusd.net

All other vital information can be found in the English 1 syllabus that will be sent home July 31, 2024.

Now a little about me. This will be my 8th school year with HCA! My first year here, 2016-2017, was as a student teacher under Mrs. Snyder's guidance.

I earned both my BA in English and Single Subject Teaching Credential at the amazing CSU Stanislaus.

In my free time, I enjoy running long distances, practicing Yoga with my husband and three children, and voraciously reading any book that crosses my path!
