Speaking Power Standards 

In depth description of characters, setting, and events in the story by using drama

Drawing on specific details with a poem

Demonstrating command of the conventions of standard English, grammar, and usage of writing and speaking

Listening Power Standards 

Compare and contrast stories in the same genre

Readers Theater
