Flu

• Everyone 6 months & older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
• SUSD works with San Joaquin County Public Health to provide FREE Flu Vaccines to SUSD students, families, children 2 years and up, and staff.

• SUSD Flu consent forms are sent home with students in early Fall every year. These consent forms are not included in the Back-to-School packet.  
• If you would like your child to receive the Flu vaccine, please see your school site Health Services staff OR the links below.
