Positive School Climate
The Climate of the school affects many aspects of the student’s educational experience. The Director of Positive School Climate is the primary advocate for all students and works with schools and families to create a positive school climate and promote educational achievement for all students. The Director is also tasked with ensuring that the District’s policies and practices are fair and equitable and do not discriminate against students on the basis of disability, race, ethnicity, gender or ability.
