What is the California School Dashboard?
The California School Dashboard is a powerful tool with a wealth of information to help guide parents, communities, and educators in the improvement of student learning featuring academic data for English and Math, student absenteeism rates, college and career readiness, and more.

Who is involved?
The state determines what data to collect and how to identify the tiered structure (Very Low - Very High). They compile data from every school and publish it on the Dashboard.

The Dashboard is updated annually.
