I am currently the CTE: Multimedia teacher at Cesar Chavez High School in Stockton CA. I was chosen for this position following my previous role as an ARTS Resource Teacher whose focus was Drama/Theatre and Video Production for TK-8.

I’ve worn many different hats throughout my artistic journey. Since high school, I've performed music in several bands (guitar/keys mainly), composed and produced various albums and worked as a sound engineer. I've acted in various onstage and on screen roles and have written scripts for both. I've directed and produced multimodal art performance and video works. Furthermore, I have also ran workshops that teach others how to use the ARTS as healing modalities.

Originally, I set out to become an Expressive Arts Therapist but have since discovered that as an ARTS teacher, I could have a greater impact. My love and passion is in fusing music with drama, on the stage and on the screen, hence the walking melodrama that is me. I began substitute teaching back in 2016, and then after a year, I decided to get my teaching credential. I taught 3rd grade for a year, Kindergarten for 3 (including distance learning), and 1 year as a Drama Teacher.
