I am excited and honored to be a member of Team Taft again this school year! I have worked nearly 30 years for SUSD in the capacity of a bilingual paraprofessional, a teacher, a literacy resource teacher, a language development specialist, a literacy specialist, an EL compliance officer, an instructional specialist, and an assistant principal. I met so many passionate and inspiring teachers, administrators, staff, students, and parents along the way! 

I truly believe that it takes a village to raise a child. With this belief, I have high expectations of all stakeholders because the children are our future. We must do all we can ensure ALL of our children are successful in the future if we want to remain innovative, inclusive, and free. "We need to be the change we want to see in the world."

Collectively, let's work smarter not harder for a better future for ALL!
