Welcome back students, parents, and guardians,

I am so excited to be joining the Monroe Elementary team as the Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. I have over 30 years of experience in education and am deeply committed to serving our youth in Stockton Unified. I am confident that working collaboratively with the Monroe team, students, and families, this year will be an amazing one.

One of my goals is to continue with our Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) in an effort to motivate and incentivize students to engage in positive and productive choices and experiences. I am looking forward to being a part of the Monroe family and serving our students in a safe learning environment that provides social, emotional, behavioral, and academic support for all students. I serve as a student advocate and am eager to work with all stakeholders to create an environment that fosters student success. I hope to meet as many families as possible throughout the year at the many opportunities provided for parent/family engagement. 

I anticipate many student achievements during 2024-25.
