Hello Tigers!
I am your school counselor, Jordan Blevins-Williams. I am passionate about ensuring my students have access to a data-driven comprehensive school counseling program that meets their academic, post-secondary, and mental health needs! This is my 7th year as a school counselor, my 2nd at PLA! Previously, I was at Hazelton Elementary for 5 years. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the California Association of School Counselors, and I teach for the University of LaVerne's Education Counseling Master's program.
My goals for this year include supporting our freshman class to pass their A-G courses, and helping all students have better attendance and A-G course completion grades. I plan on achieving these goals through classroom lessons, small groups, individual counseling, and student planning. I want all of my students to feel like I am a safe place for them, as well as a resource for their academic and college goals. I am so excited to continue supporting the incredible students here at Pacific Law Academy.
Please reach out if there is anything you need!
