Hello Marshall Families and Friends-
I would like to introduce myself and express my excitement and enthusiasm to be part of the Panther family! I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity of returning to the district where I was a student and a beginning teacher over 25 years ago! Prior to returning to Marshall, I worked as a teacher and administrator in Sacramento and Manteca school districts at both the elementary and secondary school levels.
Since joining the Marshall team, I have had the opportunity to meet many of the amazing families, students, teachers and community members that comprise our community. In addition to being very welcoming and supportive, it is extremely evident that we are all passionate about our student’s education and are dedicated to making up for the learning loss that has occurred over the last few years due to the worldwide pandemic.
As the new Principal at Marshall, I hope to support all of the amazing work that has been happening here for many years. My plan is to lead along with Ms. Garcia, as we support the collaborative mission and vision for Marshall and strive daily to elevate our students' state and local Reading and Math scores in a safe and supportive environment. We additionally are looking forward to collaborating with parents by providing many opportunities for families to celebrate and recognize their children on our campus.
If you have any further questions, suggestions, or would just like to share, please feel free to call, email, or text me if you are unable to come by our school office for a face-to-face meet and greet. I look forward to this school year and many more to come!
Thank you,
Raul E. Mora, Jr.
