Who is Mrs. Lewis?

Mrs. Lewis has been teaching at King School since August 1996. Her own children attended King between 1998-2007. Her daughter, Kymber attends California State University, Monterey Bay. Her son, Justin, graduated from Delta College with his culinary certificate. She is an avid photographer and loves to be outdoors hiking or kayaking with her family.

Mrs. Lewis' class is very structured with high expectations of the students. There are procedures for nearly everything that is done in the class. Students quickly learn the procedures, expectations and classroom rules. Students are expected to follow directions and be on their best behavior. Her goal is to teach students to be responsible for their own learning and behaviors. In class, they celebrate positive behaviors with treats, cheers and occasional prizes.
