LEARNING is OUR focus!
If you prefer taking classes that have you jump through hoops while learning nothing, and then receiving credits... this may not be the school for you.
However,
If you want to learn, then we are here to serve you!!!
How it works
First...
Introduction Meeting
Newly enrolled students must meet, ASAP. We'll discuss the pace that you need to complete work in order to graduate on time, as well as the curriculum.
Second...
Newly enrolled students should look for an invite in their SUSD emails. Once accepted, students use this EVERYDAY. This is the online platform that is used for my courses to assign & collect work.
* The easiest way to view your coursework is by clicking "Classwork"
* Once there, you will see 3 categories - Contact Information, The Good Stuff, & Daily Questions.
Third...
Daily Question
You are expected to complete each course in 15 school days (maximum), if you work for 4 hours each day. As a result, there are 15 daily questions. You need to complete one question per day. Successful completion of a Daily Question counts as one day of being present. In other words, it's a way of saying, "I'm here!"
Fourth...
The Good Stuff
Depending on your individual pace, you'll want to complete 1-2 assignments from this category. "The Good Stuff" are lessons that take a bit of time to complete. Readings and videos are usually provided, and must be used to complete the assignments.
Fifth...
You're All Done
After successfully completing your The Good Stuff & 15 Daily Questions, you will earn your grade and credits!
