My mission is to support teachers with professional development, classroom demonstrations, data analysis, observation, and feedback that allows them to reflect and refine their teaching to meet the needs of every learner in the classroom.

 My vision is to be a contributor to a safe school system that supports and challenges students in order to prepare them to be part of our community and achieve their goals and dreams.
