PBIS school-wide

At Taylor Leadership Academy we have PBIS school-wide.  Our program focuses on integrating systems focused on developing positive and productive social-emotional and citizenship skills.  We have "Caught You Being A Leader" tickets we hand throughout the instructional day to promote positive social behaviors and students are provided with a reward on Fridays if they have a "Caught You Being A Leader" ticket to turn in, "Viking Bills" to promote productive academic skills and behaviors that are used as currency in our school student store.  Quarterly Academic Awards assemblies are held; life skills have been adopted for each month and are integrated into our social-emotional curriculum.  We also award one class from each life level with a trophy for the class with perfect or closest to perfect attendance.
