As a school leader, I am focused on parent and student engagement, activities, and events in order to increase student attendance.  This can be achieved through our initiatives of PBIS, AVID, PLUS and the arts.  I also aim to promote a positive school culture and climate.  I value each student and will strive to get to know them.
