Greetings to Our Victory School Community,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Assistant Principal of Victory Elementary School. My journey in education has been deeply rooted in fostering student success and well-being, initially as a dedicated school counselor and now in this esteemed role.

Having served as a school counselor here for 6 years, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible growth and achievements of our students. Now, as Assistant Principal, I am committed to continuing our tradition of excellence, collaboration, and student-centered leadership.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe strongly in building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure that our school remains a place where all members of our community feel valued and supported.

I am excited to work alongside Principal Mrs. Silvestri and our dedicated team of educators to uphold our school's values and mission. Together, we will continue to innovate, inspire, and empower our students to reach their fullest potential.
