  • Our Program

The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) is an educational program that is sponsored by each of the federal military components (Army, Marines, Navy, and Air Force) and is currently being offered in over 3,000 high schools around the country, to produce successful students and citizens, through a more constructive and disciplined learning environment. This program makes substantial contributions to students, schools, and communities by teaching character, achievement, leadership, and diversity.

    Our Instructors

The curriculum is facilitated and taught by retired Army personnel who have demonstrated military experience, maturity, stability, and leadership acquired over 20 years of service to our nation, and have been certified to teach JROTC and the array of subject areas embedded (e.g., Physical Education, Health/Wellness, Civics, etc.).

    Our Curriculum

The JROTC curriculum includes course work on leadership, civics, geography and global awareness, health and wellness, language arts, life skills, and U.S. history. The curriculum promotes development of core abilities such as: capacity for life-long learning, communication, responsibility for actions and choices, good citizenship, respectful treatment of others, and critical thinking techniques.
