About the Teacher

I am delighted to be a 2nd year teacher at Flora Arca Mata Elementary 3rd Grade.  My vision for Flora Arca Mata Elementary students is that each student has a path to educational success and that Flora Arca Mata will be the gateway in their learning journey.   My mission as a teacher is to provide a positively respectful, productive and safe learning environment where students will develop a strong growth mindset and build the skills necessary to  succeed socially and academically.  

Most supplies will be provided for students. However, the materials listed below will be helpful for your child.

Materials:

• A backpack to transfer materials
• A homework folder (We have folders available unless students want to have their own special folder)
• Individual headphones or earbuds. Teachers have some, but not enough for all students.
• Everything else will be provided by teachers.

Class Wish List:

• Clorox or any disinfectant wipes.
• Lysol/disinfectant spray.
• Tissue
• Hand Sanitizer
• Paper Towels
• Dry erase markers, small-fine tip for students     
• Old but clean white t-shirts                                                                                                                                                            (These will be cut into squares & used as erasers for dry erase boards)
