WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL! J   Welcome to First Grade!

Dear Parents:

My name is Miss Stathatos.  I am so happy to welcome you and your child to my first grade class for the new school year!  I would like you to know that you, your child, and I are a team.  To ensure your child has an outstanding school experience this year we need each other, more than ever.   I want to express my thanks to you for the most awesome job you have as your child’s first teacher.  I look forward to working with you this year in helping your child learn first grade standards across the subject areas.  I will outline a few items here to get us started. If you have any questions please do not hesitate contacting me.  I am here for you!   Please contact me by email at tstathatos@stocktonusd.net or via private message using the Class Dojo app.  You may message me anytime.   I will respond to your message during office hours (1:20 – 2:35 Monday-Friday).  It will be more important than ever to establish a strong home-school connection.  I am here to support you and your child in any way I can.  I want us all to experience a year that is full of learning, fun, and happy memories made together.  I want to thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we navigate this distance learning model together.   Please watch Class Dojo for important dates/announcements so you’re sure not to miss out!  At our Back to School night event (date and time to be announced) you will be given specific information on curriculum, student expectations, and classroom policies/procedures.
