Dual Enrollment

  • Delta College's Dual Enrollment Program is for students who want to get started on their college education, while still in high school.  Courses are taken on high school campuses and are geared towards college and career readiness, with options available in both Transfer and Career Pathways. 

    Through Dual Enrollment, you are a Delta college student on an accelerated path to a degree or certificate! 

     

    Program Highlights

    • Courses are FREE- you don't have to pay for any fees, tuition, or books. 
    • Take classes on your high school campus. This is ideal for those that are not able to get to the SJDC campus. 
    • Dual enrollment courses are not open to the public, only students within the same hih school disctirct may register. 
    • Save money! Dual enrollment can shorten a college trajectory by at least 1 year and save $5,324.

     

    Steps to Enroll

    1. Apply for Admission
    2. Access your MyDelta portal and Delta email
    3. Complete the California College Promise Grant (formerly BOG Fee Waiver)
    4. Complete the College Early Start Enrollment Form
    5. Register/Sign Up online for classes
    6. Attend a New Student Group Advising Orientation
