Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten Registration

Registration begins February 13, 2024
Kindergarten Eligibility:
- Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Eligibility:
- Your child must turn five years old between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025
Students currently enrolled in a Stockton Unified School District preschool program meeting eligibility requirements for TK or Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year do not automatically roll over and are required to enroll with Central Enrollment for TK or Kindergarten.

Required documents:
1. Valid Parent or Legal Guardian Photo ID:
- State ID or Driver’s License, Passport, Employee ID
2. Proof of Child’s Age:
- Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptism Certificate, other Birth Record or Proof of Age
3. Current Proof of Address:
- Two bills dated within 30 days, or
- A rental agreement dated within 30 days AND one current mail dated within 30 days, or
- Two pieces of correspondence from a governmental agency dated within 30 days.
4. Your Child’s original immunization record
Recommended Documents:
- Your child’s physical examination record
- Your child’s oral health immunization record
