School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)

  • The School Plan for Student Achievement is a mandated requirement for each school site that received federal Title I monies. (Education Code Section 64001 (a)(f)(g))

Within our district, all elementary, high schools and dependent charter schools receive Title I funds. Fifty-two schools operate a Schoolwide Program and one school site is operating a Targeted Assistance School program.

The School Plan for Student Achievement includes the Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) components embedded within the actions/strategies intended to drive academic progress of students, resulting in the designation. In addition, the SPSA Update includes Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) identified school sites with reference and alignment of actions/strategies intended to support the student group(s) to improve academic progress. All school sites designated as CSI and ATSI have been notated below.

Check out our CSI/ATSI webpage for additional information on our district's status.
